Staples. 12,500 SF junior anchor locations throughout Massachusetts (west of Rte 495), Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Thomasville. 12,000 SF (min 9,500 to max 14,000 SF) single-level, free-standing or end-cap locations; targeting eastern Massachusetts.
Panera Bread. 4,000 - 4,500 SF restaurant locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and central and eastern Connecticut. Chipotle. 2,200 SF locations in urban storefronts and lifestyle centers with good daytime pop. Seeking sites in MA (south of the Mass Pike), Western MA, Northern CT and RI.
Bar Louie. 5,500 - 8,000 SF restaurant locations in urban or regional destination trade areas. Existing restaurant sites considered. Good visibility within trade area and full liquor license required.
Bonefish. 4,500 - 6,000 SF free-standing restaurant buildings; in line and end caps throughout New England.
Cracker Barrel. 2 acre sites with excellent highway visibility and access to accomodate new 10,000 SF structure. High-rise pylon important.

Panda Express. 2,000 - 3,000 SF end caps or free standing buildings in shopping centers throughout New England. Drive thru opportunities are preferred but not required. Ace Hardware. 8,000 - 14,000 SF retail locations in Massachusetts. End-cap or free-standing opportunities preferred; sufficient distance from Big Box competitors required; smaller markets strongly considered.
Hand and Stone. 2,000 - 2,800 SF retail locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Massage, waxing and facial services provided; seeking strong centers with major Big Box and/or supermarket anchors. Tuesday Morning. 10,000 SF locations sought in strong regional markets in New England. Prefer Big Box and/or supermarket-anchored centers; a larger store footprint will also be considered.
